Return Policy
If you have received items that you are not satisfied with, please contact us.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and sent returned items to us within 15 days of making the request.
- Customer Service must authorize refunds and returns in advance.
- Pls make sure to include all items that you received in the bundle, as partially returned bundles will not be eligible for refund.
( example, if the package you bought was supposed to have 10 kids masks and you returned only 8 )
o Returns must include the name of the original purchaser.
o Refunds will exclude shipping and handling fees.
